Additional consultation appointments are available weekly after 16:00 by prior arrangement.
Telephone Hours
Urgent medical problems
Monday–Friday : 08:00–08:15
If you have an urgent medical problem, we kindly ask you to call between 08:00 and 08:15. This enables us to assess your condition and arrange a same-day appointment when necessary.
General telephone consultations
Monday–Friday : 09:15–11:00
New urgent problems arising later in the day
Monday–Thursday: 08:15–14:00
Friday : 08:15–12:00
These hours are reserved for urgent medical problems that arise after 08:15 and cannot safely wait until the next working day.
If your symptoms were already present before 08:15, please contact the clinic during the acute telephone line between 08:00 and 08:15 whenever possible.
Walk-in Tests
Chlamydia Testing
Chlamydia testing is available without an appointment between 13:00 and 13:30.
Please note that chlamydia can usually be detected approximately 3 weeks after exposure. Testing earlier may result in a false-negative result.
Men providing a urine sample for chlamydia testing should avoid urinating during the 2 hours before the test.
Urine Samples
Patients who have been asked to provide a urine sample by a doctor may deliver the sample to the clinic during opening hours.
If you suspect a urinary tract infection, please contact the clinic before attending.
Appointments
Appointments can be booked online through our booking system.
If you need urgent medical assistance during opening hours, please call the clinic.
Prescriptions
Prescription renewals can be requested online.
Please note that medications prescribed by hospitals must normally be renewed through the hospital department responsible for your treatment.

The Danish Health Care System
People registered with the Danish National Health Service (yellow health insurance card) are entitled to free medical consultations.
Visitors from abroad may be charged according to current rates if they are not covered by Danish health insurance or international agreements.
